We only associate with people in our industry that are passionate about what we do. If you look at what we do as a JOB, or WORK, you might not be a good fit for us. "Passion Required" is a phrase coined by Dave French when he was asked what it takes to make a living doing what you love. 

"If you're not passionate about what you do, then it's just a job, and you're just going to work."
